We are looking for a driven Maintenance Supervisor for afternoon shifts, with at least five years in manufacturing and a minimum of three years as a supervisor in an automotive setting. You will manage and develop a skilled team, concentrate on process improvements, and ensure compliance with quality standards, including IATF 16949.
Key Responsibilities:
