Reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a crucial role on the production floor and in the office. Ideal candidates should have extensive health and safety experience and a strong background in industrial environments. Your responsibilities will include conducting safety audits, managing the COR program, and facilitating effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular crew safety talks and orientations
• Liaise with WorkSafe for compliance issues
• Perform risk assessments and hazard identification
