As a supervisor, you will oversee multi-site maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your hands-on knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will help maintain our facilities efficiently. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for managing trades and delivering exceptional tenant service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily maintenance work orders
• Document and perform facility inspections
• Respond effectively to tenant service requests
• Supervise and inspect contractor work
• Perform emergency repairs as needed
Requirements:
