Alteo is seeking a skilled Data Center Systems Administrator for a hybrid role based in Boucherville. Manage critical infrastructure while ensuring service availability and client support.
This permanent position requires a background of 4+ years in systems administration alongside proficiency in VMware and Windows environments. You will facilitate operational support, administering both physical and virtual machines, and working closely with clients for Level 2 and 3 IT assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high availability and monitor infrastructure
• Diagnose and prevent recurrence of incidents
• Provide IT support and manage hosted solutions
• Document processes and operational standards
• Assist in identifying innovative IT solutions
Requirements:
• AEC, DEC, or BAC in IT or networking
• 4+ years of relevant data center experience
• Proficient in Windows, VMware, and networking
• Ability to work with physical servers and SAN equipment
