Maple Reinders seeks a Concrete Foreman with leadership experience in concrete construction. This hands-on role requires you to supervise crews, plan formwork and coordinate concrete placement while adhering to safety standards. You'll be accountable for individual and crew performance, ensuring project schedules and productivity targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise concrete crews during daily operations
• Plan and execute formwork and sequencing
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Enforce safety policies and lead daily safety meetings
• Monitor productivity, labour, and workmanship
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in concrete construction
• Lead Hand or Foreman experience preferred
• Strong understanding of concrete forming and finishing
