This role reports directly to the Resort President, overseeing vessel operations and guest services on our Ferretti Craft SRL and pontoon boats. You will apply your ship handling expertise to ensure safety, train the crew, and maintain high guest service standards. This position offers a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends, in a stunning waterfront setting.
