Experienced Baker

Bakers Delight Wetherill Park is seeking an experienced and reliable Baker to join our bakery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing fresh, high-quality bread and bakery products in a busy retail bakery environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and bakery standards. Operate ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently Maintain consistency in product quality, freshness and presentation Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures Assist with ingredient preparation, stock rotation and bakery cleaning Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Requirements Relevant baking experience or qualification preferred Strong knowledge of bread production and baking techniques Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required Reliable, hardworking and able t...
