Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our deals team focuses on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. The role is based in our Kuching office and involves helping organisations make deals, manage capital projects, and extract value from transactions.

You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Key responsibilities include:

• Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all.
• Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
• Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
• Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
