As an Asphalt Roller Operator, your primary task is to operate machinery to ensure the optimal application of asphalt and stone. Reporting to the Foreperson, you will conduct routine maintenance, follow crucial safety protocols, and maintain effective communication with your team about any equipment issues. Ensuring adherence to company policies is key to your operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate asphalt roller to smooth and level surfaces
• Inspect and maintain paving equipment regularly
• Learn and adhere to all safety regulations
• Report malfunctions to the foreperson immediately
• Comply fully with company’s operational procedures
