Experienced Accounting Assistant for Dealership

Become an integral part of our dealership’s accounting team as an Experienced Intermediate Accounting Assistant. Support the Controller by ensuring precise and efficient financial processes.
We're looking for candidates familiar with automotive dealership accounting, bringing 2+ years of experience in A/R and A/P management. In this role, you will process car deals, keep comprehensive documentation, and collaborate with diverse departments to resolve accounting issues. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commission and process car deals according to guidelines
• Keep accurate deal jackets and documentation organized
• Oversee A/R functions including payments and account reconciliations
• Facilitate A/P tasks like invoice entry and vendor payments
• Collaborate with departments to troubleshoot accounting discrepancies
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive dealership accounting
