About the Role

We are looking for an Experience Center Coordinator for our Marbella space. The coordinator will manage the day‑to‑day operation of the Experience Center while ensuring an exceptional, brand‑aligned customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the day‑to‑day operation of the Experience Center, maintaining the space to the highest standards in line with the Illusion brand.
• Prepare the Experience Center for visits, demonstrations and events, ensuring that all solutions operate correctly.
• Welcome and guide clients, visitors and partners, creating a warm, professional and carefully curated experience.
• Deliver presentations of the space and its featured solutions, adapting your approach to each visitor’s profile and interests.
• Coordinate calendars, meeting room bookings, appointments and administrative tasks related to the Experience Center.
