About theRole

We’re looking for Emiratis to join our Experience and Curation teams — individuals who are curious, creative, culturally aware, and excited by the idea of shaping moments that people remember.

This roleoffers hands‑on exposure to the world of large-scale events, festivals, immersive experiences, and cultural programming across the UAE. From early concepts and storytelling through to live execution, you’ll get a behind‑the‑scenes look at how extraordinary experiences are brought to life.

You’ll work closely with industry professionals, creatives, strategists, and project teams across real projects and live events.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Support the Experience and Curation teams with research, creative thinking, and idea development
• Assist with planning and coordination across live projects, activations, and events
