Expansion & Retention Programs Lead — Spain CS

Doctoralia Spain is hiring an Expansion Program Manager to lead the design and execution of a scalable expansion program for the Spain Clinics CS team. You will create playbooks for upsell and cross-sell, set targets and KPIs, and partner with Team Leads to prevent churn and grow recurring revenue.
