Key Responsibilities
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining confidential employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and preparation of job offers.
- Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions.
- Administer monthly payroll processing, including attendance verification, overtime calculations, leave records, statutory contributions, payroll reconciliation, and ensuring timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
