Private head chef wanted immediately in Bendinat, Mallorca, for a Saudi family. Candidates should be prepared to start immediately. Between 20 and 24 (adults and kids) guests for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is handled by the service staff. The kitchen has a team of four chefs, including the head chef. This is a 7-day-a-week operation, so it will be up to the head chef to devise a roster so that each chef can take time off the busy schedule. Some lunches and dinners will be eaten out by the guests. Chefs also have to cook lunch and dinner for between 10 and 15 house staff. The guests eat very simple food, not fancy at all. But it must be high quality and prepared well using fresh ingredients by a chef who knows what they are doing. They are not looking for Michelin standards. The principal likes market-driven menus and expects the chef to go to local markets to buy produce, seafood, and other ingredients.
