+ **Major Responsibilities**
+ Develop or update necessary TIQ local procedures to comply with applicable requirements.
+ Ensure TIQ procedures are implemented effectively across all operations.
+ Check the deployment of the Client Satisfaction survey processes.
+ Prepare supervision and monitoring plan and ensure activities are completed as per plan, review reports, conduct random checks, and maintain documentation in Siebel Q&S/Excel/Any other software.
+ Distribute feedback forms to departments, monitor NPS, follow up on remarks, handle negative feedback, and maintain client data accuracy.
+ Conduct Root Cause Analysis of on-complaint, performance, propose corrective and preventive actions.
+ Ensure qualifications of inspectors following BVBPL procedures, plan annual and need-based training.
