*Job Title: Executive – Talent Acquisition*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
