Executive Supply & Demand Planning Leader

LIXIL in Metro Manila seeks a senior supply chain leader to own demand planning, procurement, and order management, driving cost savings and efficiency. You will align forecasts with sales, marketing, and finance, and lead a high-performing team to meet service levels and reduce excess inventory.

Daily you will review material requirements, validate POs, manage backlog, and ensure on-time delivery while minimizing Days Inventory Outstanding and ensuring optimal SKU mix.
