Executive - Supply Chain (Process Improvement)

Responsibilities: Optimize Supply Chain Processes by defining project scope and objectives which involve all relevant stakeholders .

Manage projects and execute process improvement initiatives affecting functions in Operations and may span on a country or regional scale (e.g.

ASEAN).

Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables.

Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses and implement best practices Serve as the main point of contact between ZALORA and multiple entities which includes government agencies and departments.

Assist the manager in developing operations performance and metrics dashboard; monitor performance and improvement in key metrics.

Assist the manager in delivering significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets.
