About the Company

Our client, a highly regarded resort and hospitality destination in Ontario, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to help lead multiple a la carte dining outlets and special event operations.

About the Role

This is a leadership role for a chef who is equally comfortable developing creative menus, managing food and labour costs, coaching teams, and jumping onto the line when needed.

Responsibilities

Lead daily culinary operations across multiple dining venues Develop innovative menus and seasonal features Execute weddings, corporate events, and special functions Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards Mentor and develop the next generation of culinary talent

Qualifications

4+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume culinary environment Culinary certification and/or Red Seal designation considered an asset
