- To manage a portfolio or corporate clients, this position will be the first point of contact and support to the client via emails or calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client requests or issues promptly, to coordinate with internal support teams where required.
- Maintenance of Client database, including data entry and uploads.
- Client implementation and system setups.
- Generate and prepare monthly/ad-hoc Client reports.
- Client contract renewals and upsell of services where applicable.
- Other administrative tasks including but not limited to member card preparation, documentation, filing, etc.
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups where required.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accountancy,
- Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
