Key Responsibilities
Attend and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns of IMPET injection molding machines. Diagnose and repair issues related to hydraulic, pneumatic, clamping, and injection systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions. Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, cylinders, pumps, valves, couplings, seals, and guide mechanisms. Coordinate with production teams to ensure maximum machine uptime and productivity. Support machine overhauls, shutdown maintenance, and improvement projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards, TPM, and 5S practices. Monitor spare parts consumption and support inventory management. Technical Skills Required
