Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Handle all tasks assigned by the Managing Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and monitor action items
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications
- Treat all confidential data with strict discretion and security
- Perform all tasks with a sense of urgency
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field
- Previous experience in an executive support or administrative role is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Highly dependable, proactive, and trustworthy
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
