About the Role

Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support to executives
  • To assist Executives managing, coordinating, and maintaining daily schedules (meeting arrangement with client/ prospect, foreign visitor arrangement, travel arrangement and accommodation and coordinate related arrangements including for relevant Company visitors); composing business correspondence and follow them up; liaising with other Departments to generate requested outcomes and any other secretarial duties.
  • Exercise confidentiality, tact and diplomacy in supporting the executives
  • Arranging Executives meetings, issue agendas, attend internal meetings, take minutes, gathers information, contacts meeting participants and distribute approved minutes as directed and follow them up.
