Key Responsibilities
- Data Quality Management
Ensure 100% completeness and accuracy of shipment lifecycle events. Continuously monitor data across BD ERPs and Control Tower systems and resolve discrepancies. Perform manual tracking (carrier portals/websites) to backfill missing events when system gaps exist.
- Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution
Conduct structured root cause analysis on missing, delayed, or incorrect shipment data. Identify system, process, or service provider gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with service providers, IT teams, and Control Tower teams to resolve data integration issues.
- Data Integration & Performance Monitoring
Develop and maintain data quality dashboards to monitor event completeness, data timeliness, transmission success rates from carriers. Track service provider data performance and drive improvements through regular reviews.
