Job Purpose:
- This role would be looking after Radio Network Optimization related responsibilities, based in HQ
Job Responsibilities:
- OSS KPI monitoring and related optimization in coordination with regions
- Optimization related target assignment and tracking for regional and vendor teams
- Development of Inter-Tech Operability strategy to achieve optimum end-user experience
- Optimization Contract handling, negotiation and finalization of SLA scope with vendor teams
- Spectrum Re-farming related strategy development and execution tracking
- Inter Operator Drive Test Benchmarks to evaluate network standings and develop necessary insight for assurance of competitive edge
