Executive (Progamme & Planning)

We are looking for an Executive on an 11-month contract basis to support the Department of Student Development.

• Support the rollout and use of AI tools (e.g. GovTech apps) in the department.
• Identify suitable use cases to enhance productivity (e.g. drafting, summarisation, data processing).
• Assist staff in integrating AI tools into current workflows.

• Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for use of automation/AI tools.
• Support development of automations (e.g. workflows, templates, trackers).
• Work with stakeholders to pilot and refine solutions.

• Consolidate and analyse data from surveys, CCA data, etc.
• Support development of Power BI dashboards and reports.
