You will be responsible for sourcing, vendor relations, purchase orders, and logistics. You will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services while maintaining compliance with company policies. Your contributions will directly support the Club’s operations and long-term success, ensuring that all procurement activities are aligned with the Club’s standards and objectives.

• Sourcing and purchasing of essentials at the best price and quality that are beneficial to The Club, in accordance with the Club's procedure.
• Process and issue purchase orders for all food & non-food items.
