Responsibilities
- Handle email correspondence, calls, and day-to-day communication professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and important documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Follow up on pending tasks, meetings, and management requirements.
- Organize meetings, events, and business schedules efficiently.
- Assist management in daily administrative and operational activities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience as EA/PA/Admin Coordinator preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, organized and detail-oriented candidate.
