Responsibilities
  • Handle email correspondence, calls, and day-to-day communication professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and important documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, meetings, and management requirements.
  • Organize meetings, events, and business schedules efficiently.
  • Assist management in daily administrative and operational activities.
Requirements Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience as EA/PA/Admin Coordinator preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, organized and detail-oriented candidate.
