Operation Executive (Based in Kepong)
Responsibilities
- Inspects retail outlets in the Shopping Mall and maintains good professional relationships with tenants.
- Escalates issues and problems to Assistant Manager/Manager of Operations when necessary.
- Works closely with the Housekeeping department to ensure the Shopping Mall is kept in tip-top condition.
- Assists in inspecting the setup and operations of retail outlets in the Shopping Mall to ensure adherence to Tenancy Agreements and statutory requirements.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with tenants of the Shopping Mall.
- Effectively presents information and responds to tenant enquiries in detail.
- Handles complaints and any dissatisfaction expressed by tenants or customers.
