Fleet Personnel Executive

to support crew planning, crew changes, training coordination, and compliance activities across our fleet. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments, seafarers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth manning operations and adherence to maritime standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily coordination of

crew changes and crew planning

for all vessels.
Prepare and send

proposals for ex-hands officers

to the Head Office and ensure timely follow-up for approvals prior to joining.
Verify

document validity and expiry

for officers during planning stages.
