Responsibilities
- Prospecting, approaching and closing deals with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help develop effective campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners for campaign execution.
- Take in complaint/feedback from corporate clients and act upon it by informing the relevant Head of Departments or related person in charge to follow up and close it after completion.
- Introduce new packages and promotions for the purpose of improving or acquiring sales.
- Coordinate and plan projects undertaken by the department.
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Tailor packages to suit client’s requirements.
