Executive Manager/Senior Manager (Facilities Management & Ops Command Section)

We are looking for an operationally strong and service-oriented leader to join the Mandai Operations Department (MAOD), which oversees the operations and maintenance of NEA's portfolio of memorial facilities. The role provides strategic leadership over end-to-end facilities management across Mandai Crematorium and Columbarium, Mandai North Crematorium, Yishun Columbarium, Kranji State Cemetery, and Garden of Serenity, and plays a key role in delivering dignified, high-quality after‑death care services to the public.

• Lead and manage a team of officers and outsourced contractors with 24/7 accountability for facilities management across the full portfolio of memorial sites, serving more than 400,000 visitors annually.
