Executive Leader, Neurodegeneration Translational Medicine

Novartis Basel is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Neurodegeneration within Translational Medicine. You will shape and deliver translational strategies bridging research, early development, and biomarker innovation to advance assets from discovery to proof‑of‑concept.

You will lead global, cross‑functional teams and act as a trusted thought partner in neurodegeneration biology, clinical development, and emerging modalities. MD/PhD with neurology focus required.
