- Monitor and manage the incident tickets.
- To work with other IT pillars to ensure stores issues are resolved timely.
- Responsible to manage support on all IT Applications at stores, eg. POS Application, Inventory Module, POS Back Office Application etc.
- Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to-date.
- Hands on to attend and solve user problem when required.
- Involved in departmental project.
- As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.

- Good stakeholders and internal communication skills.
