Found Description

  • Monitor and manage the incident tickets.
  • To work with other IT pillars to ensure stores issues are resolved timely.
  • Responsible to manage support on all IT Applications at stores, eg. POS Application, Inventory Module, POS Back Office Application etc.
  • Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to-date.
  • Hands on to attend and solve user problem when required.
  • Involved in departmental project.
  • As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Willing to be hands on to resolve critical tickets as per when required.
  • Willing to get familiar and develop strong understanding on all stores systems.
  • Good stakeholders and internal communication skills.
  • Good time management, scheduling, analytics and problem-solving skills.
