Executive IT Support & Asset Specialist

Red Robin is seeking a Corporate IT Systems Specialist to provide high-quality end-user support for the Restaurant Support Center and remote users. You will diagnose issues, manage assets, and support Windows/macOS environments with Enterprise tools.

The role requires strong customer service and ownership of problems from start to finish. You will assist with IT projects, after-hours support, and travel as needed.
