Executive IT Supervisor – RISC Server Services Management

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing IT services and projects related to RISC servers, delivered primarily remotely by Volkswagen do Brasil’s FIS Competence Center in Curitiba for the entire Volkswagen Group.
• Will implement and provide support for RISC server environments for the FIS system, which is considered mission-critical and used for production planning and control. The system is installed in 46 factories worldwide and must meet schedule, budget and quality requirements.
• This position will play a strategic role in transforming the team, leading development and upskilling initiatives focused on evolving the competencies required to also support container and cloud infrastructures.
• Will take a leading role in directing technological modernization, encouraging adoption of new practices and preparing the team to operate in hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with the Volkswagen Group’s global trends and future IT demands. ...
