- To assist in designing of HR policies keeping in mind people requirements and best market practices.
- Design HR Forms and Process Flows of each HR Functions.
- To write Job Descriptions of each position with the coordination of the concerned department manager.
- To assist in Designing and developing the recruitment strategy for the institution based on the availability of vacant slot in the approved organogram.

- Documenting and updating of new joiners pre hiring documents for salary processing.
