Duties and Responsibilities Should have good experience in handling payroll & Statutory Compliance and Compensation. Maintain data in software or by Excel. Maintain attendance records of all employees (Paid Leave, Unpaid Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave). Maintain salary details of employees including all break ups. Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to Full & Final Settlement. Generate all employee letters during the employee life cycle. Medical Insurance compliance. Organize and manage new employee orientation, and training programs. Sharing the calculation for notice buyout of resigned employee. Monthly sharing information to payroll team for resigned, revoke and separated employee and highlighting the nature of payout based on special approval. Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS. Managing End to End Exit Cases, Handling escalation for employee grievances across all entities pertaining to Exit, and HRIS for on-roll.
