for Executive Housekeeper to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day Housekeeping and Laundry Operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Lead, coach, and support the Housekeeping and Laundry teams while maintaining the highest service standards.

Ensure compliance with hotel housekeeping and laundry policies, procedures, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Prepare and manage staff schedules based on occupancy levels, events, and operational requirements.

Monitor guest feedback across various platforms and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Maintain housekeeping and laundry standards, continuously improving operational processes, productivity, and quality.

Oversee linen and uniform inventory, laundry quality, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
