Responsibility
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading and managing the entire Housekeeping Department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort throughout the hotel. This role oversees daily operations, develops strategic plans, ensures compliance with Marco Polo Hotels’ standards, and leads the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.- Direct and supervise the overall operations of the Housekeeping Department, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and linen management.
