JOB SUMMARY

Oversees and directs all aspects of Aryaduta Housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms, public areas, laundry, gardens and other specified back-of-the house areas. Promotes the desired work culture around the vision and core values of Aryaduta Hotel Group

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision of Housekeeping Staff:

• Oversees and directs all aspects of Aryaduta Housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms, public areas, laundry, gardens and other specified back-of-the house areas.
• Monitors all Housekeeping team members to ensure all guests and internal customers receive prompt, courteous and immaculate service.
• Ensures training needs analysis of Housekeeping team members is carried out and training programmes are designed and implemented to meet operational needs.
• Conducts regular daily, weekly and monthly departmental meetings.
