The Executive – Claims will be responsible for managing and processing general insurance claims related to project risks, including

flood, fire, and rain damage

incidents. The role requires strong expertise in claims handling, coordination with surveyors, and ensuring timely settlement in line with policy terms.

Key Responsibilities
Claims Handling
Manage end-to-end processing of insurance claims (FNOL to settlement).
Handle claims related to

project risks (construction-based losses, property damage, CAT events) .
Review policy coverage, exclusions, and claim admissibility.
Incident Assessment
Analyze claims arising from

flood, fire, heavy rainfall, and natural catastrophes .
Coordinate with loss assessors, surveyors, and investigators.
Verify cause of loss and extent of damage.
