The Finance & Operations Executive will work together with the team in managing the company's financial health, operational processes, compliance administration, and business support activities. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in all accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Coordinate with external accounts & audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics.
