Executive (Fiber Operations) Chakwal

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Optical Fiber Cable of Long Haul, GPON, Exchanges, MSAGs & Corporates located in scattered and far-flung areas of Chakwal district of RTR. In addition to operation and maintenance of these optical fiber network, responsible for preventive & maintenance of these links and ODFs also.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement proactive measures to ensure fault free communication to the valued customers to achieve the maximum availability of the network in the Chakwal district.
• To protect the Optical Fibre Cable from getting damage during civil activities along the OFC Route, responsible to avoid the heavy splicing loss during fault rectification.
• To assist in planning & availing shutdowns through well planned strategies, to recover broken / high loss Fiber & pressure points.
