Executive Engineer / Senior Engineer / Deputy Principal Engineer (Contracts & Procurement)

Role Overview

As a member of the Contracts & Procurement Branch, you will support the development of the Integrated Waste Management Facility Phase 2 (IWMF Phase 2), a strategic infrastructure component of Tuas Nexus. You will contribute to planning, procurement, and execution of major infrastructure contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are delivered efficiently, cost-effective, and in full compliance with applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including preparation of tender documentation, obtaining requisite approvals, evaluating tender submissions, and recommending contract awards in accordance with government procurement policies and established guidelines, including the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
