We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Executive to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of our property portfolio. In this role, you will be the backbone of our building operations, ensuring all M&E, HVAC and structural systems run efficiently with minimal downtime. You will lead the preventative maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and drive sustainability initiatives to optimize energy consumption.

As a key point of contact for tenants and management, you will balance the service delivery with strict adherence to Singapore’s building codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
