Responsibilities
- Monitor sales trends across PUMA's ecommerce channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor performance, campaign mechanics, and fashion trends to uncover new opportunities for PUMA.
- Liaise with internal teams (logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) to align on day‑to‑day operations, key campaigns, and timely execution of ecommerce mechanics such as vouchers, flash sales, and short video activation.
- Coordinate with external partners, marketplace reps, and enablers for campaign alignment, product exposure, and livestream technical setup.
- Plan and manage livestream sessions, including scheduling, product arrangements, and performance tracking across Shopee and TikTok channels.
- Evaluate livestream performance using key data metrics such as GMV, CR%, traffic, GPM, etc., and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales.
