Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments within the e-commerce landscape (D2C, B2B marketplaces, social commerce). Prospect, qualify, and develop new leads within assigned market segments and industries.
- Execute the full spectrum of sales activities and tasks to achieve business and revenue targets. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification, engagement, proposal presentation, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and post-sales support.
- Promote and sell the organisation’s full suite of services around APAC, including marketplace channel management, ecommerce strategy, B2C/B2B fulfilment, and regional logistics solutions. Participate in tactical business development strategies to identify and onboard brands as their eCommerce enabler while leveraging YCH’s supply chain and fulfilment capabilities.
