Executive Director, Ocean Campaigns — Chile

Oceana, Inc. seeks a dynamic Vice President/Executive Director to lead Oceana’s campaigns, staff and operations in Chile. Based in Santiago, you will shape strategy, fundraising and stakeholder engagement to advance ocean protection and policy change in the region.

You will manage a ~15-person team, collaborate with global offices, and report to the Senior Vice President. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential for success in this senior role.
